Hello, I'm ready to help you. It is simple application but it will have one issue. Query/answer to remote web service take a time depending on internet connection and server business. And thi time may be relatively long (~5sec). I think it is better to get all database, store it localy and acces it while incoming call. Thanks in advance.

Hi, if I understand it well, you'd like to catch incomming phone call and send that phone number to server to get information about that number, right? I'm afraid when there's incomming call, in that time there's no data connection possible (at least on 2G or 3G networks), maybe through wifi.
