I am looking for a freelancer to help me publish an app for Android. The app is a game and I do not yet have a design for it. I'm looking for a reliable and experienced freelancer who can provide guidance and advice that can help me develop the app from concept to completion. The freelancer I hire will need to be able to create a design for the app, program it, test it, and get it approved for publishing on the Android app store.
