Hi there You need a back-end that all the information are saved there and an application that reads the barcode and decodes it and sends the data to server and gets all the information and builds the invoice. I'm a professional and experienced Android developer who has a great experience in developing Android apps. There are libraries that can be used to build the barcode reader app. I can build the app very fast but I have some questions: What additional feature do you want? How much is your final budget.
