To create a working iOS and Android application for a Job Portal. App features include: - facebook or email sign in (user login) - differentiate users into 2 main categories - employers and employees - employees are able to register and fill up personal particulars and upload jpg or pdf format resume - employees are able to choose pre-set industry they are interested, and the mobile app admin is able to use this tag word to match the employers. - employers are able to post their job online - additional package service available to purchase through PayPal App must be able to be translated to a foreign language besides English. App must be able to be maintained using Ionic Framework or similar web visual UI app developing framework. App must be able to send and receive data through mySQL. App must have payment feature for PayPal
