Hi, I checked the apple animation and I could definitely develope something similar to it for you. I think I would use Flash to create the animation. It would allow us to export the video in pretty much any video format or other formats like html5, just in case you needed it. The animation itself in the apple video is not complex. It looks more like still frames that have the feeling of being drawn, which wouldn´t be a problem.
