Create an Animation using personal head shots and an image of a drill

To celebrate the work of my team I would like to put together an animation showing each of the team members with reference to the client we have been working with which would be represented by a drilling rig in the middle. The team has worked around the globe so having an image to represent this would be great, I would also like an image or stop watch that says "time to first drill" and an image of someone sitting on a toilet with a speech bubble saying "will catch the next cage!". All of this is summarized in the briefing pack.
