land build animation

I am looking for someone to produce a 3D animation for a project that I have. The animation will be used for marketing purposes, so the finished product needs to be both visually appealing and convey the intended message. The resulting animation should ideally be both interesting and informative, but as I said, primarily useful for marketing purposes. If you have experience with producing 3D animations and can help me create an amazing one, I’d love to hear from you! The project is a realestate mini vacation beach city that is planned to be built. its a 400 hecter size land with a beach front and 2 islands. (see attached files) ([login to view URL]) The company aims to attract potential joint venture partners, investors, or buyers for the land through the animation. The goal of the animation is to visually demonstrate the vast potential of the land. It will highlight that the land requires filling before any new construction can take place. By showcasing the land's current state and illustrating its transformation through filling, the animation aims to convey the immense possibilities and opportunities that the land offers for development and investment. Scene 1: The animation begins with an Earth globe, gradually zooming in to focus on the land location. Emphasis is placed on the proximity to the Thailand border, either through text or animated representation. Scene 2: An establishing shot showcases the entire land area, including the shoreline, islands, and surrounding landscape. The land is depicted in its natural state, without any structures. This scene illustrates the process of filling the land with sand, expanding it by 200 meters into the sea. Scene 3: The focus shifts to Area 2, which features a 2km shoreline beach. The animation zooms in to highlight the beach, a wide sidewalk, a road, and four hotels along the road. Additionally, shops and restaurants are shown between the hotels, creating an inviting atmosphere. Scene 4: The animation moves to Area 5, the Golf Club. This scene showcases a well-maintained golf course, with golfers playing and enjoying their game. Scene 5: A transition occurs to the river that separates Area 3 and 4. The animation reveals boats docked at the marina, people engaging in water activities, and dining at waterfront restaurants. Luxurious condominiums and villas line both sides of the river, with boats docked near some villas. The scene also captures a lively promenade filled with shops, cafes, and boutique stores, bustling with people strolling around. Scene 6: The animation transitions to Area 1, large island. Here, the focus is on the eco-friendly architecture, tranquil atmosphere, and spa facilities. A grand hotel located in the center of a large island is showcased, surrounded by homes with swimming pools and restaurants, creating a serene and luxurious environment.
