VB Suite - Fix / Setup CMS.

I am looking for someone that knows vb suite CMS. I need for that person to fix and properly setup VB CMS to my specs. The last coder that I hired to do this project cancelled the project without warning, and he left my VB CMS blank, and as of now, he has yet to set the default CMS back up, so I am unsure what he has done. Site: [login to view URL] As you can see the CMS is blank, but for some reason, the CMS seems to work on the red theme. The green theme CMS was working fine before the coder was given access.
