Interior 1 scene realistic rendering

We photograph our beds always in the same angle in our studio. We then have an artist like you design a realistic bedroom and create a rendering where the bed is included in. The actual image of the bed must be used in the bedroom design/rendering (no rendering of bed). Interior style should be minimalistic/Scandinavian but must feel like home and not a hotel. Requirements - the image should include: - bed covers/throws - to be placed on top of the bed without covering the top mattress fully - pillows and/or decorative pillows - night tables with night table lamps or other lamps - curtains and/or a large window with day light or balcony door - natural setting outside window/balcony - a large carpet - a real wooden or stone floor - painted or wood wall - maybe a plant in the room - maybe an armchair - maybe art on walls - other interior decorations Two rounds of revisions must be included. Rendering is first to be commented before approval. Rendering high-res, 300 dpi, tif, approx. 50-75 mb. Project will be payed directly upon approval. What would your fixed price be for the creation of one (1) bedroom background with one bed? Example of bed photo is attached.
