Write 50 unique articles Each article needs to be on the topic of a separate M&A (Merger & Acquisition) or Private Equity deal closed between March 2013 and present. The following characteristics must be met for EACH and EVERY article: 1 Unique text 2. Separate article for each closed deal 3. Closing date of deal is no older than March 2013. "Deal date" refers to the date of the company acquisition, merger or take over or buy-in taking place. 4. Include a Minimum of 1 image into article, this must not be the same image used in the source article or the article you base your article on. On 20 articles a minimum of 2 images are required. No images with "C" copyright or watermarks are permissible. These have to be changed and submitted again. 5. Articles must be written by an English native writer that is a post graduate of either finance, business, law or economics 6. Each article is checked in Copyscape to avoid copied or similar sentences. The copyscape score needs to be 49% or lower when comparing the closest resembling article. 7. Articles not matching that requirement will need to be replaced by articles which do meet the requirements. If only one writer is involved this should take no longer than one month. I will accept a shorter term if offered by a group representing writers. Offers are binding and can not be changed after approval.
