Artwork for Paper iPad pad

This is a small but urgent project. If you do not have the time to do this very quickly, please do not bother to place a bid. We want artwork in order to print a paper pad that looks like the new iPad 2. Please have a look at these websites for the same idea: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] So we want the paper size and look to be identical to the iPad 2. The width of the black border should be identical to the iPad, there should be a button at the bottom and so on. At the top (where the program name usually appears) the text should say "It's a Paper Pad 2!". So we require artwork ready for printing (with bleed), as well as the artwork for the cutting die to make it the right size, with the correct corners, and so on. This seems to me to be a simple job and I hope it can be prepared quickly.
