Rna seq data analysis

Its differential expression analysis of Myc (normal Vs cancer) in different datasets (cancers) and corresponding overall survival analysis should be significant value either high expression related with poor survival of patient or low expression...does not matter but P value should be significant and in expression analysis comparison should be with normal; as an instance ..in cBioportal webtool ...only in few cancer types normal samples are available not in all cancer types...and not given separately also..only Z score is given as "mRna Z score relative to normal sample". I want expression values (significant) in different cancer (at least four cancer types) and their respective survival analysis (OS) P value should be significant and in expression analysis comparison should be done with normal samples
