About (20) Years work experiences for prestigious projects with Consultants/Contractors -such as Saudi Aramco, SAMREF, Uhde, Bechtel, Saudi Military Of Defense & Aviation (MODA), British Aerospace, Lucent Technologies, Qatar Petroleum (QP), Foster Wheeler- in the field of Engineering Project Management and Architectural design such as interior and exterior design, maintain quality design based on the standard requirements. Plan a design structures, this include of developing and reviewing drawing plans and prepare engineering cost estimates and material breakdown within the budget expectations. Develop schematic layouts, drawing plans and specifications. Select interior finishes, colors and equipment. Handling multiple projects & coordinate multi-disciplinary team to ensure required functions of the project are successfully achieved. Prepare documents and drawings for presentation including construction scope of works, calculation and data sheets of MTOs & BOQs. Plan building structures such as office buildings, petrochemical facilities, oil and gas plants, and other installations. Communicate with project team and clients and check if design works meet the perspective.

The fee could divided into components of concept plan (80%) and revised plan (20%)
