Project Description: To design the interior of a small apartment unit with the chosen theme and design. Lightings are also another area that I am interested in, example main lighting and mood lightings at night. Would prefer to have a warm light instead of white lights. I actually like a minimalist approach but feel free to propose the design that you have in mind. Would like to keep things have character, simple, modern and neat like minimalist style especially for kitchen, living room and bedroom. Do let me know if there's any questions. Thanks. Colour and Theme: I would preferably like those greyish black / Wooden and colour combination like those in the attached concept pictures taken online. Also, there has room to redesign my roof top garden

I'm a trained architect who has worked with some of the top practices in construction and design, most recently Koichi Takada Architects . Beach Residence, my most recent interior design project completed whilst at KTA was shortlisted for an Australian Interior Design Award in 2014. My focus of late is developing my residential marketing consultancy (Room Inquiry), however I like to keep involved in design through completing selective design projects. With a strong understanding of the current residential property market and development. As such can advice on ways to maximise the resale value of your property, while economising on the cost to build.
