iPhone app: Random graphical selection based on user interaction

We need a developer or small team to produce an inexpensive iPhone app that simulates “Spin the Bottle” for 2 to 8 participants. With this application, the user can select preferences for the number of players, N (2-8), variety of bottles (TBD), and the friction of the table on the spin (light, medium, heavy), and the sound effect for each time that the bottle completes a turn. When running, the application displays a bottle in the center of the screen with N equidistant marks positioned around the circumference of an imaginary circle representing the tip of the bottle’s spin radius. The bottle appears to spin on its center, of course. The user can flick the bottle with a finger motion on the touch screen and it will spin in an approximate proportion to the force delivered (i.e. a vigorous finger flick will make the bottle spin more than a nonchalant one).
