Datamining a Video Game

Are you a programmer who is familiar and has a strong understanding of MMO games? If not, there is not much chance of success with you and this project. But don't let that discourage you from reading on if you think you can wrap your head around it. The game is Aion: Tower of Eternity I'm looking for someone who can create a program (preferably in C#, but let me know if you have other ideas) that will "mine" the game's data files and export the data into xml. The goal is to use that data to create a website like: [login to view URL] Browse through that site, everything there (except community contributed things like comments and screenshots) was data mined by their programmers. The chosen programmer must have 8 GB of free disk space to install and patch the game -- or if you prefer I can send all the individual .pak files which I believe the data is stored in (for example, there is an [login to view URL] which is just 6mb) - the total size of the data directory is 100mb. I'm not sure if you'll need any other files to decompress the .paks -- I'm not even sure if the data is in these specific files!
