C++ Network Security Testing Software (Like a botnet)

I need a source (C++) and binary supplied for a network security testing suite. Like the sources you usually find for botnets, I want this to be strictly legal. Take a botnet source, mod it, whatever. The protocol must be IRC based and I require proof of it working before the purchase. This software is to be used on computers of which permission is granted for execution. The software is for a UK based IT Security firm. The following features must be contained: Recent scanning/exploit capabilities. Spreading capabilities (MSN/USB/P2P etc etc) Doesn't have to contain all of these. DDoS (SYN, UDP, etc) Update Remove Login Logout Password Dump (Firefox, IE, others) CD Key Dumps If possible, a web interface would be great. The bot must be configurable through an easy to use config file, if instructions of use are not clear; tyhe software will not be fit for purpose. The source must be stable, upon testing this must be demonstrated clearly; if the bot disconnects after, say, an orchestrated DDoS attack - the project will be deemed as so far, incomplete.
