The Application is an already built Application but with a few bugs tat needs to be fixed, Programmer must have skills in MS Visual Studios, Windows API. Knowledge of GPS Software Development is a must. Gps Tracker Features Using the API from [login to view URL] the application should do the following: • Add/Delete Device Trackers • Retrieve gps Location points from the server’s database and write them to a file in a specified format based on the polling time (configurable from within application). • Return critical Device statuses(Low battery, Device Offline, Device Returning from offline state) File Format Example R,GPSData,SUCCESSFUL “Date Time”,Device status, Longitude data, Latitude data Device status- if device is moving this will be 1; if stationary it will be 0.
