I can use NAudio API for recoding speaker and some other components for record microphone. I have made some tool like remote desktop so I known how to transfer big data like audio, screen capture via network effecienly.

Hello! I think voice recording can be done via linear input/output, because if we will try to get access to device (mike) we got the error due to devise's business. Some time is required for getting web pages list. So, it's needed to know what browsers being used by employees. Also, it's possible to make screenshots, if it's needed.
