Move Event Viewer Logs to MS SQL Server every 5 Minutes

I need an expert C# and Powershell programmer to create a utility that transfers Terminal Server Session Logs to a MS SQL database. Data to be moved to SQL Server : - EventRecordID - Date and Time - Guid - User - EventID - Computer - SessionID / Target SessionID - Address - Source Session ID Event Ids RemoteDesktopService - SessionServices - Operational : 21, 23, 24, 25, 39 Last EventRecordID to be stored in Registry or anywhere else so next time fetch data greater then last stored EventRecordID SQL Server 3 Tables need to be updated 1. Rawlogs (above mentioned dump of Logs) 2. LoginandLogout (GUID, Date, User Name, Login Time, Logout Time, Logon Time, Computer, Address, Reason, Status (Approval Pending/Approved)) for each event 3. Total (Date, User Name, First Login Time, Last Logout Time, Working Hrs, Manual Working Hrs, Total Working Hrs, Reasons For Manual Working Hrs for each Date) Ideal Skills: - Proficiency in C# and Power Shell Programming - Solid experience with MS SQL Database - Understands Terminal Server Session and Security Logs Tasks: - Develop a C# and Power Shall utility to capture Terminal Server Logs - Successfully transfer/store this data in MS SQL Database every 5 Minutes Webpage: - Admin can watch All user data (Raw Logs) - Admin/Each user can watch there First Login Time, Last Logout Time and Logon duration for each date - User/Admin can also watch each event of that date (login time , Logout time and logon duration) - User/Admin can filter both reports based on date range - Admin can Filter data for all users/selected users - Admin can filter data where logon duration for the day is less the Hrs (drop down 1,2,3,4,5-15) - Admin can filter data Date Wise / Total for a date or a date range where logon Duration will be clubbed for each user - User can manual add data with Reason in 2nd table from front end - Admin can approve the manual entry from Front End and after approval it will be updated in 3rd table in Manual updated Hrs , Remarks and Total working hrs will be updated (all manual entries of that user for that date will be concatenated in Manual Hrs Total and Reason (comma separated) Please Quote separately 1. Auto update of all 3 tables (MS SQL Server) 2. Reports (3 Formats and one Front Page (Need to detect current logged in user on server Administrator or Equivalent / normal user) to be designed in C# which can be hosted on windows server.
