Design and Drafting in Chief Architect

We are a build-design company. We need ongoing help with: #[login to view URL] meet with our client in the office and put together a starting design often based on our previous constructions or their ideas; subsequently providing them an estimate to construct. As we sign a construction contract we would send out file to an outsourcer designer/architect out for finishing touches, dimensioning, punch out, material lists and “blue prints to PDF to scale”.
