I develop diverse designs that encompass customer requirements and feasibility tests, progressing from electronic card and antenna design through system integration on complex platforms in land, sea, air, and space. I perform calculations using software like ANSYS and Sherlock for dynamic and strength analyses, thermal transfer, weight optimization, and more. I conduct development tests for simulation validation and risk mitigation. I conduct detailed surveys to present the design to the project manager and the client. I oversee the transition to production through readiness surveys. I perform a lifecycle test, integrating into the platform. I write experimental plans and execute proof-of-design experiments, including vibration, pressure, humidity, temperature, and more. I engage with various interfaces, supporting manufacturing, meeting customer requirements, antenna personnel, quality assurance, circuit designers, and more.
