Utility plans Civil Engineering including Autodesk 3D Civil

$120 We seek a qualified civil engineer to create the following:- Utility plan Sewer line laterals to be shown (and located optimally so that four additional homes can be served later). Sewer – an appropriate contact within the City will need to be emailed/communicated to discover where the sewer is. It is possible that part of the sewer will need to extend into the public street. Water – water line hook up and new water line locations to be shown (and located optimally so that four additional homes can be readily served later) Electrical – mandatory undergrounded (rather than over-ground) electric line to be shown servicing two homes (and located optimally so that four additional homes can be readily served later) ……. ---------……… -The plans must be created and provided in the style, to the conventions, and formats customary in the region/Marin County CA. An example plan and reports are available that will provide a high level of assistance in complying with this point. -We the client do not have a civil engineer on staff and will not be providing assistance to you -The engineer is to use Auto CAD 3D Civil. Full dwgs will be required at the end of the project to enable other professionals to do their work -A full set of dwgs of the current proposed project, including outline topography, is available. (Not every elevation may be fully entered into a model, but all the general topo data points are documented) -More or less completed documents (in pdf) will be required, with no more than 3 draft progress prints through this engineering documentation project life time. It is a much respected and adhered to local practice to NOT engage the client in assisting in any way with the drawings/corrections, the client ONLY provides high level feedback on proposed designs/locations. No more than 2 working hours of the client’s time should be taken through the entire project. Any questions are to be documented in a Word/appropriate text editor software in groups of questions, and will not be answered in a SMS/text message service like environment. And at the end, a final complete document. -The engineering project documentation engineer has full responsibility for setting up the project documentation design, and any table layouts therein. Reliance should be placed on any above referenced example(s) - The roadway may be shortened. It will be widened to 20’. It may be lengthened to incorporate a fire truck turnaround. By others. Quote/bid your complete budget required, and take into account the need for communication. Additional monies cannot be provided beyond the initially agreed dollars. The scope is defined. $30 of the project will be held til the end to provide a budget to resolve feedback on these documents from the City jurisdiction, which feedback will be provided 1 – 3 months after completion.
