Bleedout script Arma 3 Altis Life 5.0

Anyone interested in making a script for Arma 3 Altis Life 5.0 that makes a player incapacitated when shot down or seriously injured with a bleedout timer? What I'm getting at is that you still can talk directly in game while incapacitated and can be revived to full health with a bleedout timer set to 15 minutes. Your body isn't just a deathscreen and body teleported to spawn island, you are still present but can't get up until revived or a final bullet finally kills you. In that case, you will be able to respawn immediately as soon as you have bled out or got "finished off".
