CGI script not working on Godaddy shared hosting

Hello, I have moved an old CGI script to Godaddy's WINDOWS server (that also supports PHP by the way) from another WINDOWS hosting but it shows INTERNAL ERROR 500. I suspect the script's may not be supported by godaddy's server. It's a script that submits URL to free search engines online and sends an email to the submitted and store the email of submitted in a file on FTP. Please let me know if you can fix this. Thanks.
