Job Description: We are seeking a talented creative strategist with a deep interest in fashion and female empowerment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in UGC management for e-commerce, managing editors, performance marketing, and creative scripting/copywriting for e-commerce. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute a creative strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and values 2. Manage and curate user-generated content (UGC) for the e-commerce website and social media platforms 3. Manage a team of editors and collaborate with them to create engaging and high-quality content for the brand 4. Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales to the website 5. Write creative and compelling copy for e-commerce product descriptions, website pages, and marketing materials 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the fashion industry and incorporate them into the brand's strategy Requirements: 1. Fluent in both English and German language. 2. A deep interest and passion for fashion and female empowerment 3. Experience in UGC management for e-commerce 4. Experience in managing editors and creating high-quality content 5. Experience in performance marketing, including running ads on various platforms 6. Experience in creative scripting/copywriting for e-commerce 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 8. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines 9. A creative and innovative mindset 10.
