Case Study Report on Leadership Ethics

Write a report on the supplied case study: Ethics on the Line at Baxter International. Using contemporary (transformational and charismatic) and emerging leadership (integrative and moral) theories prepare a report that discusses Kramer's leadership approach during the crisis, and then recommend which approach would be most appropriate after the event. Your discussion in both the findings section and in the discussion should reference a leader's values. Report format is required for this assessment, ie Introduction (Aim, Scope, Methodology, Assumptions, Limitations, Plan, Background); Body (Findings, Discussion); Conclusion; Recommendations. 12-15 journal articles should form the basis of the literature review. 2000 words in length and APA referencing Style I was unable to post the case study as Vworker only allows me to put in 2450 words in the brief summary.
