OCR CONVERSION JOB WORK

PROJECT DETAILS PROJECT INTRODUCTION: Scanned images to Microsoft WORD documents conversion by using the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Software. ACCURACY REQUIRED: 99%. RATE: USD 0.30 per 1000 characters data converted including spaces. END-CLIENT: United Kingdom based top-notch Data processing company. PAYMENT: Thought Letter of Credit (Irrevocable, Divisible) LETTER OF CREDIT/BANK GAURANTEE: One month billing value LC/BG with 90 days validity from leading Bank. PROJECT DURATION: 12 Months. TURN AROUND TIME (TAT): Thirty Days (Twenty Two working days). PAYMENT: Payment will be done after the QC approval by the end-client via Bank Guarantee or Letter of Credit. PAYMENT PERIOD: 10 days from the date of Quality Control approval. LETTER OF CREDIT OR BANK GUARANTEE DESCRIPTION: The LC or BG will be opened in US Dollars only. REWORK: Maximum three chances of rework will be provided to the vendor in a single working cycle. The maximum time allowed for a single rework will be 7 days. QC REPORT: The Quality Control Report will be provided to the Second party by the First Party within maximum 20 days from the date of submission of the Commercial work. DOCUEMENTS REQUIRED FROM VENDOR: © Letter of Intent © Company Profile © Filled Data Sheet by the vendor stating Infrastructure details, HR details, Current projects status, projects done in the past. © Bank Details stating Bank Name, Bank address, Company Name, Company Address, Account Number, Bank Manager’s name, Bank Manager’s Phone no., Bank Fax number & Swift code. The Bank details will be on the Letterhead of the company signed by the authorized Signatory of the company. CONSULTANCY CHARGES 10% OF THE TOTAL CONTRACT VALUES. AFTER WHEN VENDOR WILL GET THE LC AND ALL THE CONTRACT HAS TO BE SIGHNED. NOTE>>>> I CAN SHOW U ALL THE ORIGICAL DOCUMENTS.
