Calendar of Events

I want a calendar of events developed so it will fit on a 11x17 document via publisher so I can update it on a monthly basis also, I will want it to be e-mailable. I need places around the calendar so I can have "sponsors" I would like a name created for the document (I am focusing on are culinary/food and wine) in the Minneapolis, St. Paul locations. In the middle, I would like to have the calendar, and on the sides I want places where I can have "advertisers" (roughly about 28 spots ).? ? Additionally, each day on the calendar needs to be big enough so multiple venues can be listed for that calendar day.? I also Also, need my business information prominent on the calendar so my logo, business information, and a section where I can list "open houses"? or listings that I have.?
