Add content to health directory website

We need 50 health related businesses to be listed on a brand new online health directory. You will have to browse online to obtain information on the various businesses. I can give you some sites to start with. If your bid is accepted, we will give you a username and password to access the website. Once you login, you will be able to access the "Add Listing" form. The form includes basic information about a business like: Business name* Address* Google map coordinates* (this field will auto populate if you click a button) Phone* email* year established* Short product/service description* languages spoken insurance accepted* hours of operation payment methods* Degrees and Certifications Professional Associations and Categories The fields with asterix (*) above are required fields. We already have a few listings on the site which should give you a good idea about what we are looking for. Although the fields without asterix is not required, the more information / fields you can populate the better. There are two paid fields - website and detailed description. Please do not add anything in these fields. In the Products and Services field we would like you to add a small description (max characters 200). Be a bit creative here and write a sentence or two of your own (based on information on their website) so that not all listings look the same. We have eight major categories. I would like you to add minimum 5 listings in each category. All listings should be of businesses based in the United States and not all listings should be from the same State (we need some variety) in USA. Finally, I will need an excel sheet with the following information: Website(s) from where you got the information on each listing (that you posted on our website) so that we can verify the information Name of business Contact person of business (if available) Email of business (if more than one, list them all). NOTE: If you do this to our satisfaction, we will be needing to add many more listings to the website. So there is an opportunity for repeat work here. ## Deliverables Please add the small businesses to the listing, no large national chains like Pearl Vision, Lenscrafter, Accentcare etc. Communication is important. After you have added the first 5 and 15 listings, please make sure you have us check them to make sure that everything is OK before you proceed. This will save us both time.
