Introduction (25 points) Write a summary and incorporate the following into this introduction (use the annual report to find this information):  Name of the chief executive officer  Location of the home office  Ending date (month, day, and year) of the latest fiscal year  Description of the company’s principal products or services  Main geographic area of activity  Name of the company’s independent auditors. In your own words, explain what the accountants said about the company’s financial statements. (Examples of auditors’ reports are on A-15 and B-16 in your textbook. Look for this type of audit opinion in your annual report).  The most recent price of the company’s stock. Be sure to provide the date for which you report this price. Company Situation (15 points)  Describe the company’s situation and its outlook by reading the letter to the shareholders and Management’s Discussion and Analysis.
