I am an experienced R&D software engineer working with C++ and Qt for Synopsys, World No. 1 EDA company, and 15th largest software company in the world. The tools I develop everyday are used by Intel, Apple, TI and other tech giants. Currently I am working as one of the 9 members in developing the SpyGlass GUI, a high performance million dollar tool which runs on servers and the companies use on license basis. I believe the setup of SpyGlass is closely related to what you are expecting. I also have legal software for development which is a critical marketing factor when it comes to marketing for blue chip companies. P.S.: I am new to freelancer. I can build this for you. I have 18 years experience as a software engineer/architect. I worked for HP and Dell doing web applications that run on C++ (embedded systems) with low storage. (using a C-web server) Now if you have more memory, this application can run on an apache web server (a compressed form) If this can run with PHP, I could charge much less. Architecture is simple: The C/C++ service handles the calls it can store the data in a database or flat files (a binary database, Oracle, or other type). The web pages are all in HTML5 or HTML4 (you choose). Ajax/Jquery to pull the data from the server. Alex M. I work with a couple of engineers and we will work together for this project.
