Project Requirement Document Project Overview The project aims to develop a WhatsApp for business solution using Interakt/Wati, a platform that enables SMBs and D2C brands to grow their online sales and improve customer experiences at scale. The solution will allow the client to: Apply for WhatsApp Business API and link their Facebook business page with Interakt Engage customers with personalized and interactive messages on WhatsApp, using templates, list messages, and reply buttons Qualify leads and assign them to sales reps based on predefined rules Integrate leads with Zoho CRM, a cloud-based software that helps manage customer relationships, sales pipelines, and marketing campaigns Track and measure the performance of WhatsApp campaigns and sales activities using analytics and reports The project will follow an agile methodology, with sprints of one week each. The project will be completed in 15 days, with a budget of less than 20,000 INR. Project Scope The project scope defines the features and functionalities that will be delivered by the project, as well as the assumptions, constraints, and exclusions that will affect the project execution. Features and Functionalities The project will deliver the following features and functionalities: WhatsApp Business API integration: The solution will enable the client to apply for WhatsApp Business API, which is the official way to communicate with customers on WhatsApp. The solution will also help the client to link their Facebook business page with Interakt, which is required for the API approval process. WhatsApp messaging: The solution will allow the client to send and receive messages on WhatsApp, using Interakt’s platform. The solution will support different types of messages, such as text, image, video, audio, document, and location. The solution will also enable the client to use interactive messages, such as list messages and reply buttons, to engage customers and collect feedback. Lead qualification and assignment: The solution will help the client to qualify leads based on their level of interest, readiness, and fit. The solution will use predefined rules and criteria to score and rank leads, and assign them to the appropriate sales reps. The solution will also notify the sales reps of new leads and follow-ups via email or WhatsApp. Zoho CRM integration: The solution will integrate with Zoho CRM, a tool that helps manage customer relationships, sales pipelines, and marketing campaigns. The solution will sync the lead data from Interakt to Zoho CRM, and vice versa. The solution will also enable the client to create tasks, deals, and notes in Zoho CRM from Interakt, and view the WhatsApp conversation history in Zoho CRM. Assumptions The project is based on the following assumptions: The client has a valid Facebook business page and a phone number that can be used for WhatsApp Business API The client has a website that can be integrated with Leadfeeder The client has a Zoho CRM account that can be integrated with Interakt The client has a clear understanding of their target market, customer segments, and value proposition The client has a dedicated team of sales reps who can handle the WhatsApp leads and follow-ups Project Deliverables The project deliverables are the tangible and measurable outcomes that will be produced by the project. The project deliverables are: A WhatsApp for business solution using Interakt/Wati, integrated with Leadfeeder and Zoho CRM A set of WhatsApp messages and templates for different customer segments and scenarios A lead qualification and assignment system with predefined rules and criteria A project documentation with the project overview, scope, deliverables, and instructions on how to use the solution
