I'm in need of a full-time, 1st level support professional proficient in German. Your role will primarily involve: - Communicating with customers via Phone and Email. - Assisting with technical issues related to our SaaS product. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in German and English, a strong understanding of SaaS products, and prior experience in a technical support role. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) so ensure you have the capacity to commit to this workload.
