The job would require you to monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and texts from 8am - 5pm Central Time - US. You would be receiving customer trucking orders via email, posting on load boards for trucks, communicating with carriers and negotiating rates, and sending confirmation sheets and collecting information about the load. We will provide a VOIP number and company email address. The job requires experience with trucking dispatch, trucking business, logistics, and freight.

Personally I don't believe in so called 'customer support' just believe in 'communication. Previously I was connected with all the customer through Zendesk and Gorgias software.
