Data Base in a Excel with few macro assigned Command Button and an Auto Generated Mail send Features - repost

Hi , I need a Data Base to be made for my project where. 1. There should be a commond button as "Input Data" which opens a user form which has got required fields - with "Date " & "Time" (which populates auto when we fill in other details in the user form and populate the Excell spread sheet) - with a" Project" drop down selection available i.e. T97K ,TXWB,T-1000,T1000 and FLEET. - with a Drop down to select "Engine ON Test" that needs picking up from the hidden sheet controlled by the super user not visible to the other [login to view URL] will be in the form of 20021/1, 20021/2, 20022/1..etc for T97K project selection , 20009/1, 20010/1..etc for TXWB ,11001/1...etc for T-1000,10001/12 ..etc for T1000 and L7/15 ..etc for FLEET. (This drop down in User form should be Project dependent and should display the Engine Respective of Project selected ex if We Select T1000 it should display 10001/12, 10001/2 etc engine for selection not the Engine put in T97K project) - with a "Module Number Affected" thats needs feeling in by Executer.(ex:S9110/1 ,B5510/2,J1000/6 ..etc) - with a "Comment" Box that needs feeling in by Executer. -Also picks up the email i.d. of the person from his or her outlook in that data base when he/she submit the details. [login to view URL] Should be Filter button in that Data base provided which filters the required fields of selection and display the output for the input Data. [login to view URL] should be a Commond Button "Engine On Test 'in the main sheet where the super user clicks to send a Auto generated mails to some default list of people (Which He will enter in the Hiddent sheet 2) as to let them know that a perticular Engine is Set On Test (This list of Engine is filled in by the Super user in the Hidden sheet) . for example [login to view URL]@xyz is in the default list so when superuser click on that commond button a mail goes to the person in his outlook stating that 20021/1 engine from T97K Project is now Set on Test.(Please provide a mail body change option in hidden sheet2 controlled by super user.) [login to view URL] drop down selection in the main sheet controlled by super user where he can select the list the engine on Test and press a other commond button named as "Engine Off Test" to send a Auto generated mail to all the person in the default list stating that the Particular Engine is Off Test and also sends a Auto Genereted mail to the Person who has raised concern putting in the details against this Engine in the first step that engine that they can not work because the engine was on test and is now Off test and also removes all the data entered against that engine in a different Sheet 3 from the main sheet which is hidden .Example :Suppose Engine 20021/1 is set on test so all the details has been filled against this engine in the Data base and after a certain period it goes off test then when we click this Engine off test Button it will send a mail to all the person who has entered data against this engine in the Data base and removes the data against this engine from main sheet to Deleted item sheet3 and also send the auto mail to the list of few defaults person mail id. kept in by sheet 2 by the super user . [login to view URL] should be password protected sheet 2 that is to be used by Superuser who controls that sheet and enter the engine on Test and some default list of email i.e. of the person he wants the information to go always when he press the Engine on test and Engine off test Button on the main sheet. 4 . There in Deleted Items sheet 3 provide a Commond button to clear the details in that sheet. Let me know if you need any more information. Thanks.
