Work At Home - Cold Calls

I am a stay at home mother of two and I currently have a team of people that work for me making cold calls on a weekly basis. I am wanting to add 3 more people to my team and would like to get them started as soon as possible. I am a promoter for a company called ViSalus. You job would be to make cold calls to a lead list I give you every week. There will be scripts for you to follow. Please see below for more details of the position I am offering. If you're interested, reply to this email for a phone interview. Make Cold Calls From Your HOME I am needing 3 more people to make cold calls from their home. This is contract work and you will be responsible for your own taxes however, this is a permanent position as I am looking for someone long term that I can trust. You will be paid bi-weekly for each person you sign-up within that two weeks. You will be paid by check in the mail OR via www.escrow.com for a faster payment. Serious applicants only please; email me your resume. The following are the job requirements: 1. Must have a free long distance calling plan 2. Must be a people person 3. Have cold calling experience 4. Be able to follow directions and follow a script 5. Must have a working computer/laptop 6. Must have a gmail account as I will add you to my chat list 7. Must have Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader as I will be sending you spreadsheets and documents 8. Must be 18 I want someone who will work very hard and knows how to build a rapport with the prospects. You are a business builder, NOT a sales person. Your job will be to call the lead list that I provide weekly. You can call them all in one day or break it up each day; it's up to you. There will be a 3-step process: 1. You will make the initial call. 2. Send the prospect an email. You will be given a scripted email to send them. 3. Follow-up call in which you will collect their information and order. Details will be given along with the scripts, in a Welcome Packet when hired, you must follow. If you follow the steps to the T, you will be successful. Compensation: $15-$25 paid per sign-up you get plus quarterly bonuses. (up to $1500 when you sign up 50 people in the first 30 days!)
