Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant for our snow removal company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of snow removal services. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of administrative tasks, communication, and coordination to help us provide top-notch service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: Engage with clients via email and phone, addressing inquiries, scheduling services, and providing exceptional customer service. Data Entry: Accurately record client information, service requests, and work orders into our system. Scheduling: Create and manage snow removal schedules for our team of snowplow operators, ensuring timely service delivery. Billing and Invoicing: Prepare invoices for completed services and follow up on payments. Documentation: Maintain organized records of contracts, agreements, and client details. Team Support: Assist the management team in day-to-day administrative tasks and project coordination. Qualifications: Proven experience in administrative or office support roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Customer service-oriented attitude. Experience in snow removal or related industry is a plus but not required.
