Auto-Transfer Excel Records to .PDF or Word Template

My company uses Excel to calculate #s that we inevitably copy/paste from excel over into our .pdf (or Word) proposal. We are tired of copy & pasting each record. We would like proposals to be auto-generated based on a click of a button in excel. Upon hitting the 'Generate Proposal' button, the records for the selected fields should auto-populate the editable records on our .pdf (or Word) proposal. I have attached our proposal template with typewriter enabled for the excel records, and a sample of the type of records we need to export. As you can see, the records on the excel appear in order as they appear in the proposal. This is a quick project, and should be a relatively straight forward job.
