Hi, I specialize in writing custom scripts for optimization, simulation, and data analysis. I have a strong statistics and data analytics background, and regularly write small, custom applications for prediction, forecasting, and custom calculations - very similar to the background you're seeking for your project. I have limited knowledge in the oil/gas industry, but extensive knowledge in the airline/transportation industry. Data is pretty universal, though, so I believe I could take this on. It seems that you're looking for some oil/gas forecasting based on some knowns for the areas/properties in question; I used to live pretty closely to the Bakken Formation in the United States, so while I'm not a Petroleum Engineer, I know the basics.
