Excel list for large file

I am looking for a freelancer to download a list that will contain POSCODES (UK) which can be found here [login to view URL]::national-statistics-postcode-lookup-august-2021-1/. I need a valid some lists of postcodes classified by the year 2019, 2020 & 2021 by England and Wales and Scotland (6 worksheets) but only for those living in sparse settings, so will also need to have the classification data field too. I also would like you to provide a deduplicated list of all those postcodes and regions in total. I have attached a template with the 7 worksheets and further instructions. The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience working with Excel and be familiar with organizing data large data sets. I do not anticipate this project it taking more than a few hours of work if that. I then have a smaller project of using the total list against the client-provided list and reporting any issues.
