Project Title: IT/Non-IT Recruiter I am looking for a skilled recruiter who can assist me in filling both IT and Non-IT positions. I will personally be looking for candidates, so I am not interested in outsourcing the recruitment process or hiring a dedicated recruiter. Requirements: - Experience in recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions - Strong networking and sourcing skills - Ability to screen and interview candidates effectively - Familiarity with various job boards and recruitment platforms - Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven track record in successfully filling IT and Non-IT positions - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment - Ability to assess candidates' experience level and match them with suitable positions - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines If you have the expertise and experience in recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions, and are comfortable with me personally sourcing candidates, I would love to hear from you. Please provide examples of your past recruitment success and your approach to sourcing candidates.
