Hi
Were looking for someone that can Design a Keypad electrode matrix connected to a QT60240
Low battery consumption, smallest components compact, small dimension PCB board.
Firmware will be simple for this first prototype.
List of components:
PIC: You can use, atmega88V, atmega128, or atmega168V [login to view URL]
Flash Memory: Atmel Smallest available. [login to view URL]
Touch Decoder: Atmel QT60240 [login to view URL]
Touch sensitive switch pads/capacitive touch pads: Custom fit size for plastic/rubber/metal inner key tip.
Example: [login to view URL] or any adhesive thin flexible plate available on the market.
Battery:(Hitachi Maxel Rechargeable ML1220 Battery. 3Volt) [login to view URL]
Power on/off switch: Low profile side switch.
Led Light: Smallest possible
Connector/charge: connect/charge same connector, Low profile Molex Female and mail to PC USB
We would like to control the sensitivity of the (Touch PAD adhesive plate/capacitive touch pads) via a low profile wheel switch, or possible by the software is fine too.
Software Structuring & Firmware will be very simple on this first prototype
Example all enter keys will be save to Flash memory with time stamp
Time stamp can be synchronize via the PC real time.
RTC is not needed.
We can discuss the simple structuring of the first prototype via PM.
We would like to test how well this go with the first prototype and on are finial prototype we would like to add a LCD and upgrade the Firmware Ect.
Deliverable s
- Schematic capture (Altium format)
- BOM Excel format
- PCB layout design files
- Final board house Gerber files
- Final assembly documentation
- And anything else required for us to manufacture of a prototype
We need a functioning working prototype to Test
We will use only escrow for payment.
I can do it if you decide what to use and provide most important components (It looks like needed lot of logistic and research to select and order right components):
- Battery:(Hitachi Maxel Rechargeable ML1220 Battery);
- Power on/off switch: Low profile side switch;
- atmega88V, atmega128, or atmega168V (other one);
- Touch Decoder: Atmel QT60240;
- Flash Memory: Atmel Smallest available;
- Led Light: Smallest possible
- Connector/charge: connect/charge same connector.
- LCD
- etc.
Expected form-factor size.
Dear client i can provide you your desired prototype with all the specs you demanded...
I ve already worked with PIC MCs.I will provide you working prototype on Proteus 7 VSM to verify the prototype...
Thanks
Hi! I'll do it using ATmega128 and 0402 SMD components (0201 are also possible, but it's a bit of a pain in the neck, to be honest). Then I'll send you fully assembled and programmed PCB via Fedex or any other way you want. Please, PM for details.
By the by, you don't need any additional flash memory because ATmega128 has plenty of it on board.
Hi, We have a dedicated team working on AVR controllers. We are able to do this project. Please see PM for more deails.
Deliverable s

We are a small team but have experience with CAD/CAM, product development, electronics development, circuit prototyping and writing embedded code. We are confident we can work with you to quickly develop a solution, and will provide full documentation. We also have the ability in house to construct a prototype and ship it if this is required.
