Research 10 algorithms for parameter optimization

**Summary:** Need a research of 10 evolutionary computation algorithms for the optimization of parameters of our artificial intelligence algorithms. ? There are Evolutionary Computation Algorithms that seek the most optimal combination of the parameters of an algorithm for searching the best result. We have algorithms and we want to find the best parameters for them. We do not want a Monte Carlo algorithm. We seek algorithms which intelligently obtains the most optimal combination of parameters for them. ? We want 10 different algorithms. From each one of the algorithms we want 3 to 5 scientific articles explaining its basic operation, how they work for finding the best parameters and actual real life application examples where they have been successful. For each algorithm we want a functional link to a SDK or library or source code to implement it. ? The SDK or library must be for the following programming languages (in order of preference, 1 the most preferred, 4 least preferred): 1. Mathlab 2. C# 3. In first step investigate four algorithms. * Search for scientific articles 3-5 for each of the four algorithms. The articles must indicate the operation of the algorithm and a simple summary of its operation and use to implement it. Ideally we want the article where the algorithm was first presented or the most referenced article for this algorithm. * Include the pdf file of each article. * Link (no broken links are allowed) to the SDK libraries found for its implementation in order of preference. * Actual examples where they have been successful. * Finally fill the excel file with the information requested and send for review. ? **- ? ? ? ? ?
