I have over 5 years of customer service experience running my own company, Farley Engineered Solutions. I have also done a lot of additional but related freelance work. I have written most of my own marketing copy. I also have worked for a non profit for over a year helping with there marketing, including online writing and helping in person with there promotional events, IE a concert that we put on as a fundraiser where as I helped in person. I am an adequate and can be a tactful writer, with more then just native English speaking skills. I have studied, and have experience in the real world with applying: marketing, persuasive writing, psychology, customer service, etc. I utilize a non-pressured customer service approach that leaves the customer feeling that they are the priority while also enabling upselling, etc, that still leaves the customer with a good lasting impression that they had a good value and good service after the sale. This strategy I have adapted over time allows me a maximum short and long term beneficial effect, where as we can be most effective at time of sale while also leaving the customer with the longer term impression essential for return customers and word of mouth advertising that is so effective in this day and age of high competition in most fields. In addition, I have strong communication skills when needed, say to determine what the actual core issue(s) may or may not be, and thus the best ways of dealing with each to benefit all involved.
