Adding dates filters to a spreadsheet

Hello there! I already spent some time on the spreadsheet and I made it work with the date range you choose with the drop-down menus. Also you can select "all dates" to ignore the filter. Only about the "Performance by Tipster" I am not sure what the requirement is. I would be glad to work with you :)
