My project aims to construct an all-encompassing project-based billing software. I am looking for talented individuals who could turn a complex requirement into a user-friendly tool, with a keen detail on accuracy. Key Features: 1. Invoicing: The tool must support customized invoices for different projects. 2. Expense Tracking: It should capture and classify all project-related costs. 3. Time Tracking: This feature will record the time input on each project for accurate billing. Additional Features: 1. Customer Tracking: Must be capable of storing crucial customer data and track transactions. 2. Route Mapping: The software should have a provision to link route mapping with Google. 3. Contracts: It should allow loading and tracking of various legal contracts. 4. Preliminary Notices and Legal Paperwork: Handle legal paperwork digitally within the system. 5. Employee Job Income Tracking: Track remuneration against assigned jobs for all employees. 6. Bank Payment Option: Should be backed with credit card or bank payment options. 7. Google Calendar : Meetings, notices, deadlines etc. should be linked with Google calendar. 8. AI Intelligent: Must harness AI capabilities to automate recurring tasks and offer insightful analytics.
