Excel Budget File - Summary Page Totals by Budget Code

Hello, I'm in need of a budget file expert to help me with a project. Primarily, I’m looking for someone who can develop an Excel budget file, with a summary page which includes totals by budget code. The purpose of the budget file is to track and monitor purchases/expenses, so the summary page should provide a high level summary using an allocated code for each budget line. I have an already existing budget file format, so I am looking for someone who can use that as a starting point - I basically just need help in building the SUMIF function calculation so that all purchases/expenses in dedicated tabs of the file appear in the grand total of the OVERVIEW/Summary TAB (Column E) - The values being summed are the totals in the columns "USD Totals). Additionally, there is a dedicated TAB for EXPECTED purchases, which I would like to be illustrated separately in Column F of the Overview/Summary Tab. I'm looking to have this project completed within 1-2 days or a.s.a.p. (basically, yesterday:)). For an experienced excel user, I believe this project should be fairly easy to complete. An additional TAB with a visual graph/chart of the summary page details would be a bonus but NOT a necessity! My current file was inspired by a standard MS excel template which I also attach just as reference in case it is helpful. In the standard template, you can see how the expenses are automatically summed up into the summary page as per the code attributed to the purchase/expense. NOTE: In the Overview TAB, I should be able to add new budget lines (new codes) at a later date or even adjust the code itself without any negative issues with the formulas.
