We have a requirement for an easy to use system for importing items into Netsuite. It can be Excel only, or run of PowerApps. Basically, we want to be able to provide item MPN, description, and price and dynamically create the noninventory items and assign them to a group so that we can more easily create sales orders. We are prepared to purchase CDATA if necessary.. but if there is an open ODBC connector, that would work as well. Ideal candidate would be expert with excel data connections, netsuite, and PowerApps or similar delivery system.

Hi there, You can download Netsuite's ODBC connector from Oracle's site. Then you can easily write a connectionstring that can be used to execute insert statements to add new items. I don't think you need anything else. I would use Excel to build a simple user-friendly interface instead of PowerApps if that works for you. Regards, Balint

Hi Sir/Madam, I have been working at Office 365 for 7 years. I have experience with SharePoint, Project, PowerApps, Teams, Flow, PowerBI, Planner and Office Plugin. I developed four mobile/tablet apps like inspection, handover protocol, trade management apps. I can make the custom connector, form to pdf convert, putting the form into teams tab, etc. I used the Sharepoint, Local SQL server, Azure SQL Server as a database for the PowerApps app. We have to use the CDATA API as a connector. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi, Dear Client. I checked your spec. You are going to import items and SO into Netsuite from excel info ? If that so, I will make SuiteTalk application for Item & SO import. Main programming language will be PHP, that Suitetalk module will parse excel file, and using suitetalk, will create item, and SO in Netsuite. Thanks.
