I am looking for a Google Sheets specialist who can assist me with formatting and design tasks. I have a rough idea of the design I want, but I am open to suggestions. The data I need to format is moderately complex. Creating Google Sheets for a construction company with dropdowns, dependent dropdowns, and conditional formatting to help streamline our data management and analyze data input and link them to corresponding [login to view URL] named ranges for dropdown lists to simplify data validation. Use conditional formatting to highlight important information or automate color-coding, automate tasks, such as sending email notifications for overdue tasks or updating dependent dropdowns. Project Information Sheet: Create a sheet to store basic project information. Include columns for project name, location, start date, end date, project manager, etc. Use data validation to create dropdowns for the project manager. Employee Information Sheet: This sheet should contain details about employees. Use data validation to create dropdowns for roles and departments. You can also add conditional formatting to highlight expired certifications or upcoming trainings. Task Management Sheet: Set up a sheet for task management. Include columns for task name, assigned to, priority, due date, and status. Use data validation for the "assigned to" field, and apply conditional formatting to highlight overdue tasks. Design Requirement Sheet: Project requirement  sheet with columns for project information . Use data validation for the project field, and conditional formatting to monitor..Use conditional formatting to highlight critical milestones and deadlines. Time Tracking Sheet: Create a timesheet for employees to log their hours worked. Include columns for employee name, project, date, hours worked, and a dropdown list for project selection. Client Information Sheet: Create a sheet to store client details, such as client name, contact information, and project history. Use data validation for project history, which can be linked to the Project Information Sheet. Supplier Information Sheet: Similar to the client sheet, create a sheet to store supplier details. Use data validation for the list of materials supplied. Amendments Order Form: Create a form for Amendments  requests. Include dropdowns for the project, the reason for the change, and the approval status. Project Progress Report Sheet: Generate a sheet to track project progress. Include columns for project name, start date, end date, completion percentage, and a dropdown list for status.
